Mr. Candido has served as Vice President, Cell Therapy Operations at Eledon since July 2026, where he leads technical operations strategy and execution across the company’s cell therapy portfolio. He brings more than 20 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience spanning technical operations, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain across all stages of drug development. Prior to joining Eledon, Mr. Candido held senior leadership positions at Be Biopharma and Bluebird Bio, leading technical development and operations teams. Earlier in his career, he held roles of increasing responsibility at Danaher, Alexion, Sanofi, and Biogen. Throughout his career, Mr. Candido has built and led high-performing organizations that have supported the development, regulatory approval, and commercialization of complex biologic and cell therapies. He began his career in process automation and engineering before advancing into executive leadership roles focused on the development, manufacturing, and delivery of innovative therapies. Mr. Candido earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.
