Dr. Laurito-Trammell has served as Vice President, Clinical Development – Transplantation of Eledon since July 2023, where she leads the clinical development strategy and execution of the company’s transplantation programs. Prior to joining Eledon, Dr. Laurito-Trammell served as Clinical Development Medical Director at Novartis, where she contributed to the global clinical development of iscalimab, an investigational anti-CD40 monoclonal antibody for solid organ transplantation. Earlier in her career, she was a Clinical Research Scientist at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, where she led clinical research in liver transplantation, developed investigator-sponsored studies, and served as a member of the IRB. Over more than 15 years across academia and the biopharmaceutical industry, she has focused on clinical development, transplantation, immunology, and hepatology, dedicating the past decade to advancing innovative immunosuppressive therapies for solid organ transplantation and improving long-term outcomes for transplant recipients. Dr. Laurito-Trammell has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and scientific presentations in the fields of transplantation and liver disease. She earned her MD from the University of Taubaté and completed her fellowship in Gastroenterology, postdoctoral training in Hepatology, and PhD in Clinical Hepatology at the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP).
