Dr. Li has served as Vice President, Biometrics of Eledon since January 2025. Prior to joining Eledon, Dr. Li held executive roles leading biometrics and data science functions, including biostatistics, statistical programming, data management, and clinical data analytics, in support of data-driven decision-making across drug development. Over more than 25 years, she has worked across global biopharmaceutical companies, biotech startups, and the FDA, supporting IND, NDA, and BLA submissions and global regulatory approvals across multiple therapeutic areas, including immunology and transplantation, oncology, CNS, women’s health, and metabolic disease. Dr. Li has contributed to the approvals of therapies including Zortress®, Femara®, Orgovyx®, and Myfembree®, as well as biosimilar antibody programs. She has authored more than 30 scientific publications in statistical methodology and medical research and has presented at FDA, EMA, PMDA, and DIA forums. Dr. Li holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from Oregon State University.
